Pricing is flat-rate, based on size and rental length. The 15 yard dumpster is $300 for 3 days or $325 for 7 days. The 30 yard dumpster is $550 for 7 days. All prices include the tonnage allowance listed for each size, and max loads are disclosed before you book. No vague estimates, no "call for a quote."

No. The price you see at booking includes delivery, pickup, and your included tonnage: 2 tons on the 15 yard and 3 tons on the 30 yard. The only charges that could be added are overage fees if you exceed the included weight ($65 per additional ton, up to the dumpster max) or extra days if you keep the dumpster longer ($10 per day). Max loads are 5 tons on the 15 yard and 18 tons on the 30 yard.

Each rental includes a set tonnage allowance: 2 tons for the 15 yard and 3 tons for the 30 yard. If your load comes in heavier than that, overage is charged at $65 per ton. Every dumpster also has a hard weight cap: 5 tons max in the 15 yard, 18 tons max in the 30 yard. Most residential cleanouts and standard remodels stay well within the included weight. Extra days are $10 per day. If your project is running longer than expected, contact us before your rental period ends and we will extend it. It is straightforward: no penalty, just the daily rate.

For most homeowners doing a cleanout, bathroom remodel, or garage purge, the 15 yard is the right call. It measures 14 feet long by 7 feet wide by 4.5 feet tall and fits in a standard driveway. For large remodels, multi-room demo, or bulk debris from a major project, the 30 yard is the better fit at 22 feet long by 7.5 feet wide by 6.5 feet tall.

Both are the 15 yard dumpster. The 3-day rental is $300 and works well for fast projects — a weekend cleanout, a small roofing job, or a single-room renovation. The 7-day rental is $325 and gives you a full week if your project is spread out or you just want more breathing room. The 30 yard is only available as a 7-day rental.

General debris dumpsters accept furniture, appliances, household junk, renovation debris, roofing shingles, yard waste, construction materials, and bulky items. If you are clearing out a house, cleaning up after a remodel, or doing a landscaping project, you are covered.

Yes. Shingles are accepted in the 15 yard and 30 yard general debris dumpsters. For a standard residential roof tear-off, the 15 yard is typically the right size. If the job is larger or you are combining shingles with other debris, step up to the 30 yard.

Yes, and that is the most common placement. Most standard driveways in Blount County and across East Tennessee can accommodate the 15 yard container. The 30 yard is longer, so measure your available space before booking. If driveway access is limited, we can talk through placement options when you book.

It can, depending on your driveway surface and the weight of your load. We always recommend placing boards or plywood sheets under the dumpster to distribute weight and protect the surface. This is something we proactively share with every customer. It is a simple step that makes a real difference; especially on older asphalt or standard concrete.

In most cases, no. If the dumpster stays entirely on your private property (your driveway or yard) a permit is typically not required. If you need to place it on a public street or right-of-way, permit requirements vary by city. Knoxville and some other municipalities may require a street permit for that placement.
