• Online booking and payment happen on our booking site, which is run by our booking software provider. Your card details go to the payment processor, not to this website.

Information you send us

When you reach out, we receive the information you choose to share with us:

• Contact form. The form on our contact page opens your own email app with your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and your message addressed to hello@momentumdumpsters.com. This website does not store or transmit the form entries itself. The message is sent from your email account and reaches us like any other email.
• Calls and texts. When you Call or Text us at (865) 393-3098, we see your phone number and the content of your messages.
• Email. Anything you send to our email addresses, including attachments such as photos of your project or driveway.

Booking and payment information

When you book a dumpster, checkout happens on booking.momentumdumpsters.com. That site is operated for us by Dumpster Rental Systems (DRS), the booking platform we use to manage orders, scheduling, and payments. During checkout, DRS collects your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, and payment information. Your payment card is handled by DRS and its payment processor. This website never sees or stores your card number.

We use the order information DRS shares with us to schedule delivery and pickup, coordinate placement, and bill any charges you agreed to at booking, such as extra days, overweight tonnage, or flat per-item fees.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting logs. Our website host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use these to keep the site secure and running.
• Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Your browser requests those files directly from their servers, so those providers receive your IP address as part of the request.
• Analytics. This website does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If we add an analytics tool later, we will update this policy first.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for one thing: remembering your scroll position so pages reopen where you left them. That value stays on your device and is never sent to us. The booking site and other third-party services we link to may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• answer questions and provide quotes
• schedule, deliver, and pick up dumpsters
• process payments and any post-pickup charges
• send order confirmations and service updates
• keep the records we need for accounting, taxes, and legal compliance

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the business:

• Dumpster Rental Systems, which operates our booking and payment system
• payment processors, which handle card transactions
• Vercel, which hosts this website

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena, or when it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Text messages

If you text us, we will text you back about your question or your rental. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. We do not send marketing text blasts.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, invoices, and related correspondence for as long as we need them to service your rental and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payment details are handled by processors that specialize in secure transactions. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for adults. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices
